I have tried reinstalling them numerous times, but they still won't open. Both versions would crash immediately after the welcome screen appeared.
However, two days ago, when I tried to open them, they kept crashing. I have been using them without any problems for 2 years. I have installed two versions of Adobe Photoshop, one is v24.6 and the other is the beta version for A.I.
